We handle residential yards and commercial sites with the same crew and the same standards. Below is what we build, what a typical job includes, and the range most projects land in.
Masonry
Natural stone and brick work, built to last longer than the house sale. Veneer on foundations and columns, bluestone treads, segmental retaining walls up to six feet, stoops, mailbox piers, and repointing on older brick.
Indoor and outdoor sports construction
Courts and training spaces for families, schools, and clubs. We grade and pour the slab, set the surface, stripe the lines, and mount the hardware. Indoor work includes framing, flooring, netting, and mirrors for training rooms.
Pergolas and covered space
Shade that gets used. We build in western red cedar, painted pine, and powder coated aluminum with motorized louvers. Every post is bolted to a poured footing, and we rough in wiring for fans, heaters, and lights before the roof goes on.
Hardscaping
Patios, walkways, driveways, pool decks, and outdoor kitchens. The part you cannot see is the part that matters: we excavate deep, lay processed stone, compact in lifts, and edge everything so the field cannot creep.
Synthetic turf
Good for shady yards, dog runs, rooftops, and anywhere a lawn keeps dying. We remove the topsoil, install drainage stone and a shock pad, then seam and nail the turf so the lines disappear.
Maintenance and repair
We take care of what we build, and what somebody else built. Yearly plans for commercial properties and homeowners who would rather not think about it.

Walkthrough
We come out, measure, look at drainage and access, and ask what you actually want to use the space for.
Drawing and number
You get a scaled layout, material options at three price points, and a line item proposal within three days.
Build
Permits pulled, material staged, crew on site daily. Daily photos, and one foreman you can text.
Final walk
We walk it together with a punch list, fix anything on it, and hand over care instructions and the warranty.
